More than half the children in the UK don’t reach recommended physical activity guidelines. Being active is not just about being fit – for us, activity is only the beginning! As well as cricket skills, we’re nurturing an active lifestyle, responsibility, self-esteem, confidence and much more besides. We run workshops and targeted skills sessions where we cover topics ranging from healthy eating to street first aid, and everything in between. We want to equip young people with the real skills they need to go on and succeed in their lives and their communities.
